Laura has worked tirelessly for the last 15 years within the development of offerings that will reframe how women think and feel about themselves and, she has helped many women reclaim their unique expression and sense of empowerment via embodiment coaching and personal styling. Having worked within the Beauty and Fashion industries as well as the performing arts (Laura moonlighted often as a Burlesque Dancer) whilst researching and studying various healing modalities, she has crafted unique in-depth immersions to help women come home to their true selves and reconnect to their bodies, their true nature and, their passions. Weaving embodiment coaching, self-seduction rituals and presence enhancing practices alongside personal style coaching, Laura holds a gentle and empowering space for all women to explore the intricate facets of their authentic and unique selves.
Laura begun training for a career as a dancer but later followed her passion for combining personal styling with wellness and personal development by achieving Distinction from the London College of Styling combined with studies within various holistic facilitations exploring the healing benefits of self-awareness, mindfulness, glamour and feminine embodiment coaching.
She adores connecting with women all over the world by hosting masterclasses, 1-1 immersions and in person Salons.
Laura runs her business alongside bringing up her three children and is passionate about helping women at all stages of life to reconnect to themselves and re-build their lives after major transitions.
